Saturdays are FREE and no registration is necessary.

Community Music Saturdays run from 11am-1pm every other week at the Green Street Arts Center, 51 Green Street.

A typical Saturday includes...

Music Workshop led by guest teacher (11-noon) -  Together, we get into the spirit of music!  Whether it's singing, dancing, or trying out a new instrument, it's always a good time.

Community Lunch (noon-12:30) - bring a dish to share.

Open Mic and Dance Party - (12:30-1) - Open floor to share a song, dance, joke, or story with the group.  Then , we put on some great music and boogie down!

Activities are intergenerational and ALL AGES are welcome. Children under age 12 should be accompanied by an adult supervisor (over age 15).

CMI always needs volunteers. At Saturday events, we need hosts, child supervisors, and lunch organizers. We also need performers to share a quick song, story, joke, or tune with the group. Please contact us if you are interested. This is a great way to support your community and have fun while you do it!

We also welcome donations, please email for more information.
